The challenge
Two native apps, one Android developer, and a crash rate that was costing deliveries. Parcel needed to modernise without pausing operations.

The result
The new app launched in all 12 cities without downtime. Drivers complete 9% more drops per shift and the rating has stayed above 4.7.
